Our story

VoyageStates started in Miami with three ticketing agents, a handful of airline contracts, and a toll-free number. The founders had spent years inside airline reservations departments and knew a secret hiding in plain sight: a large share of the fare market — wholesale consolidator contracts, group space, unpublished premium-cabin rates — never appears on public booking sites at all.

So instead of building another search engine, we built a desk. Today that desk holds contracts with more than 40 airlines and answers around the clock, every day of the year. The model hasn't changed: you tell us where you're going, and a specialist does the work a search box can't.

What we believe

• Transparency beats teaser pricing. Every quote we give is the final, all-in number. Any service fee is disclosed before payment, never after.
• Expertise is a product. Knowing which booking class to reissue into, which connection city to avoid, and which waiver applies is worth real money — and it's included in every call.
• Service continues after ticketing. Cancellations, schedule changes, and disruptions are where an agency proves its worth. We monitor active itineraries and act before you have to ask.
