Refund Policy

24-hour cancellation

For tickets purchased in the US market for travel at least 7 days away, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund to your original payment method, consistent with US DOT regulations. Contact us as soon as possible within the window.

Refundable and non-refundable fares

Refundable fares are returned to your original payment method upon cancellation, less any airline-imposed fee stated in your fare rules. Non-refundable fares generally convert to airline credit under the airline's policy; where the fare rules permit partial refunds (for example, of unused taxes), we pursue them on your behalf.

When the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight

If the operating airline cancels your flight or makes a significant change and you choose not to travel, you are entitled to a full refund under US DOT rules — including on non-refundable tickets. We process these requests with the airline at no service charge.

Service fees

VoyageStates service fees, where charged and disclosed at booking, are refundable if we fail to deliver the ticketed service, and otherwise non-refundable once ticketing is complete.

Processing times

We submit refund requests to airlines promptly. Airlines are generally required to process credit-card refunds within 7 business days of approval; the credit may take an additional statement cycle to appear, depending on your bank.
