Our role
VoyageStates LLC acts as an intermediary arranging travel services provided by third-party suppliers, principally airlines. The transportation itself is governed by the operating carrier's conditions of carriage and fare rules, which we will disclose to you before ticketing.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are not guaranteed until ticketed; airline fares can change at any moment before purchase. Every price we present for payment is the final, all-in amount, inclusive of taxes, carrier-imposed surcharges, and any VoyageStates service fee, which is disclosed separately before you pay.
Payment and ticketing
Payment is collected only after you verbally or electronically confirm an itinerary and its total price. Upon successful payment, tickets are issued on the operating airline's stock and confirmation details are sent to your email.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Post-ticketing changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules of your ticket and applicable law, including US DOT 24-hour cancellation rules where they apply. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are processed.
Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing names exactly as they appear on government-issued ID, holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, entry authorizations), and arriving at the airport within the carrier's check-in deadlines. We provide documentation guidance in good faith, but requirements are set by governments and airlines.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyageStates is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or schedule changes of airlines or other suppliers, nor for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
